FAQ for Homework 3

Q: I don't have access to csil.
A: Please do  get CSIL access.  Mail support@cs.ucsb.edu,  and CC: the
   TAs.   Without access  to  csil,  you will  miss  out on  important
   revisions  to cvs.   Many important  features like  turnin wouldn't
   work.  So mail the TAs as soon as possible.  Lack of access to csil
   will not be admitted as a valid excuse.

Q: Do I have to use this cvs stuff ?
A: Yes. You absolutely need to use the cvs, turnin, Makefiles and 
   driver routines. If you do not, the grade is solely at the discretion
   of the TA.

Q: I am a fortran user. Do I write my own drivers ?
A: No. You do not change the driver. Learn how to make your fortran routines
   callable from C.
