Registration

The early registration deadline for the workshop is September 25, 1998.  After this date, registration may be limited due to space considerations. The workshop registration fee, which includes meals*, is US$300 (US$200 for full-time students).  To register for the workshop and make hotel arrangements, see the instructions in the registration form.
