CS Technical FAQ

To be eligible for an account, you must be enrolled in a Computer Science class that requires access to CSIL. If you meet this criteria, please visit the College of Engineering's account creation page to sign-up for an account.

If you do not have a UCSB NetID or  are a new staff, faculty, lecturer or guest you can request an account invitation from a Computer Science faculty member, staff memeber, or from support@cs.ucsb.edu

If the account creation page incorrectly states that you are not eligible for an account, please contact us at support@cs.ucsb.edu
