Sensation went around the corral
"Freedom is in peril again!"
Cows lowed and dogs snarled that
"We shan't be slaves again!"

Poor Pillai had asked only for 
Simple information.
No one had replied to him for
Fear of defamation.

This tragedy played on for 
Thirty-seven hours.
Everyone looked cowed down and 
Doggonly coward.

And then into the breach stepped
Someone with regal bearing!
He would not be scared at all
His eyes were fierce and searing!

Right away he took the task of
Telling how it really was.
He wasn't afraid of anyone,
His everything for the cause.

Sensation went around the corral
"We have been saved again!"
Cows mooed and dogs yelped that
"Let us give three cheers again!"

Hordes wanted to touch his hand,
But he was too modest.
He left no name, no address,
Unlike some pests.

It is indeed a touching tale,
Told in every house.
How the world was saved again
By fearless Anonymouse.
