Homework #0

This class uses a mailing list as an important tool for 
communication between the instructor and the students.

Homework #0 requires that you subscribe to this mailing 
list by sending email to almeroth@cs.ucsb.edu with the 
word "subscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject 
line.  

In the body of the email put your name (last name first,
first name last), which class you are signed up for 
(MAT201B or CS290I), your major, and your class (UGRAD, MS 
or PhD).  Put these 4 items all on a single line, 
separated by spaces.

To receive full credit on this assignment, it is imperative 
that you follow directions EXACTLY.  Be especially careful
not to use MIME types or append a .signature file, etc.

This assignment is due by Friday morning at 8:00am.  At some
point Friday morning I will send email to the class mailing 
list to ensure that everyone who is signed up for the class 
is on the mailing list.
