I'm a third year Ph.D student in Computer Science at University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Research Assistant in the Databases, Data Mining and Bioinformatics Lab, also at UCSB. My current research is focused on modeling and mining dynamic graphs and my advisor is Prof. Ambuj Singh. Before I came to UCSB, I got a B.Sc and an M.Sc degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, in Brazil. I've also been a visiting scholar at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a research intern at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center. Here is my CV.

Research Interests:

  • Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery
  • Algorithms
  • Graphs/Networks
  • High-Performance Computing
