Science, University of California at Santa Barbara (Expected: June 2008) Exploring challenges concerning reliable and scalable operation of large distributed systems. Developing reputation mechanisms to enhance network resilience to attacks. Studying the impact of social networks on Web 2.0 communities and marketplaces. I am presently being advised by Dr. Kevin Almeroth and Dr. Ben Zhao and belong to the Networking and Multimedia Systems Lab and CURRENT lab. I interned at HP Labs Research (Palo Alto) in Summer 2006 with Sujata Banerjee and Rick McGeer in the Mobile and Media Systems Lab. My research there focused on scalable access control for web services.
