VeriTint Solutions is the developer of high-performance electrochromic light-control technology. The alarming decline of fossil fuels today and the consequent rise in energy costs call for energy-efficient alternatives for modern architectures. Commercial buildings consume $150 billion of energy each year, and lose at least 25% of their total energy use through conventional windows. Thus, there is a pronounced need for a reasonable alternative that can not only help bring down this number significantly, but also be made available in the short-term - VeriTint Solutions can provide just that solution! A smart-window technology, enabled by VeriTint Solutions, will have a pronounced impact on the way we envision windows, by reducing the energy consumption of a commercial building by 30 to 40 percent, and consequently, ushering in a new era in glazing technology.
