I am a fourth year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science, University of California, Santa Barbara. I have been working with Prof. Xifeng Yan since Fall 2010. Before coming to UCSB, I received my B.S. in EE from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2010. I was very lucky to win the Regents' Special Fellowship to support my graduate study in UCSB. Please find more about me in the CV.

Research Interests

My research interests lie in statistical machine learning, deep learning, and data mining with emphasis on text mining, network analysis, and fundamental methods.
