I graduated with a Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, University of California, Santa Barbara. Born and raised in Vizag, India, I received my B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2002.
I worked with Prof. Ambuj K. Singh, in the Distributed Systems, Databases & Bioinformatics Laboratory (DBL). My research focussed on spatio-temporal data mining, spatial clustering and symbolic data modeling in the exciting area of sensor networks. I am currently working for Oracle Inc. at Redwood Shores, CA.
