Summary

My name is Petko Bogdanov and I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science, Univerity of California Santa Barbara. I received my Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. I have worked for Sciant Ltd. for two years before I came to UCSB for my graduate studies.

Research Interests

I am interested in problems related to Datamining and Bioionformatics. I am currently working on problems related to Protein Interaction Networks - interaction prediction and mining for conserved motifs. I am working under the guidance of Prof. Ambuj Singh.
