I've been fortunate enough to work with Professor Chandra Krintz
, first as an MS- and then as a PhD student.
My doctoral research focused on efficient online profiling and exploitation of program phases for analysis and optimization of runtime systems.
Prior to graduate study at UCSB, I studied Computer Engineering at the Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune, India
UPDATE: I have graduated and am now a Research Staff Member at IBM's TJ Watson Research Center in Yorktown.

In My Spare Time...
...you'll find me climbing(pics from my (not so recent anymore) visit to Joshua Tree NP), gymming, running, sometimes hiking. I like spending almost as much time indoors; nothing quite like a good book, and sometimes a good movie.
I occasionally suffer from Wanderlust, though I don't always get to act on it! Some pics - from the most recent outcomes of acting on my Wanderlust: Germany, Channel Islands
