XSet Release 1.1

Note: XSet has been updated to 1.1.2, with a minor fixes and better documentation
XSet now uses the XML4J parser from IBM.

NOTE: A problem with the MSXML parser in XSet 1.0 distribution causes conflicts with JDK1.2. As a result, XSet 1.0 currently only works with JDK1.1.x and compatible JVMs. This problem is fixed with the use of XML4J as the parser in XSet 1.1.
