I am a 4th year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science, University of California, Santa Barbara. I am currently working with Prof. Xifeng Yan. My research interest lies in a broad area of Data Management, with emphasis on managing and querying over large-scale heterogeneous graphs or unstructured data (see the figure below). I am also a member of the Information Network Academic Research Center (INARC). Before came to UCSB, I obtained B.E. and M.S. in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecoms.   • Machine learning for ranking/relevance.
