A. SURVEY REPORT and PRESENTATION for CS 230B:

1. Problem:  (3-4 minutes)
	Describe the problem at a high level.
	Why is it interesting? 
	Why is it useful? 
	Why is it non-trivial? 
	What makes the results surprising? etc etc

2. Main result:  (10-12 minutes)
	Summarize the main result you will present in "layman's" terms,
	without resorting to new technical definitions, or complicated
	terminology.

	Provide an outline of how the main result is derived.

	Explain the main ideas.

	Use ample examples to illustrate your ideas. 

	DO NOT VERBATIM COPY THE PROOFS/IDEAS from the survey paper.
	Reorganize them so that you can meaningfully explain them
	in 10 minutes....


3. The Rest (5-6 minutes).

	Briefly describe the major highlights of the rest of the
	survey.
	

4. Conclusions (1-2 minutes).
