About me...
I am a PhD Candidate at the Computer Science Department,University of California Santa Barbara.
Before I started my PhD (fall 2006) I got a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering.
In the last few years I have also spent some time at the University of Cambridge, UK, University of Edinburgh, UK and University College Cork, Ireland.
My Research
My current research is focused on wireless networking in power constrained environments, specifically those found in rural areas of the developing world. I am broadly interested in anything that can be described as computer networking, distributed systems, mobile and embedded systems, interaction of technology and society.
I am, as member of MOMENT lab, supervised by professor Elizabeth Belding.
