RESEARCH INTERESTS

Data mining, data management and machine learning, with emphasis on modeling, managing, and mining large-scale graphs and networks in bioinformatics, business processes, social networks, the Web, and computer systems. We are developing a first-of-its-kind graph information system to address general graph/network management and mining needs. (read more)
